LowEX, an instant crypto exchange, swaps 95 coins and tokens across 33 networks without an account, email or identity documents. Each order is tracked by its link, and the minimum payout is shown before any funds are sent.
NY, NY, United States, 5th Oct 2026 – LowEX, an instant crypto exchange open to the public since August 2026, now swaps 95 coins and tokens across 33 blockchain networks, from Bitcoin to Monero. A swap is made in a browser, and no account is needed. The customer picks a pair, enters the address the coins should arrive at and sends a deposit. The exchange asks for nothing else. From then on the order is followed by its link until the payout transaction appears on the page.

The service is built around one idea: the terms of a swap should be on screen before the customer sends any funds. That covers the rate with all fees inside it, the minimum the customer will receive, the limits for the pair, the network the deposit has to travel on and, for large orders, any manual approval.
Nothing to register, nothing to upload
LowEX has no sign-up form and no user profile, and it does not ask for identity documents. There is no KYC procedure, and no email address or other contact detail is required. Each order gets its own page and its own ID instead. The page shows the deposit address, a countdown for the payment window, the current status and, once the payout is sent, the transaction hash with a link to a block explorer. It moves through four statuses – Created, Waiting for deposit, Swapping and Completed – and updates by itself. An order can be reopened by its link or by entering its ID on the tracking page. Without either there is no way back to it, so both have to be saved.
“A service cannot leak documents it never collected,” said a LowEX spokesperson. “To settle a swap we need a receiving address. We ask for that and nothing more.”

Fees inside the rate, minimum stated upfront
The rate on the exchange form already contains the service margin and the network fee for the payout. Nothing is added once the order exists. Beside the estimated amount, the form shows a guaranteed minimum. The final figure depends on the market at the moment the swap executes, but a customer who sends the exact amount within the payment window receives no less than that minimum.
The smallest order is a fixed amount equal to about 30 US dollars. The largest depends on the pair. Both are shown under the amount field before an order is created, and current figures for popular pairs are published on the rates and limits page.
The coin and its network are one choice
A deposit sent over the wrong blockchain is the most expensive routine mistake in cross-chain swaps. It usually starts on a form where the coin is picked in one field and the network in another. On LowEX the two are a single choice: every asset in the list carries its network, and the form rejects a receiving address that does not fit the network selected.
The list covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Tron, Solana, Litecoin, TON, Dogecoin, XRP and 24 other networks, among them Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, Sui, Aptos and Stellar. USDT is available on 11 networks and USDC on 15, so a stablecoin held on one chain can be swapped for an asset on another in a single order. Monero is exchanged in both directions.

Standard and Confidential modes
Every order is created in one of two modes. Standard is a regular cross-chain swap. In Confidential mode the swap is processed on a private settlement layer, so the link between the deposit and the payout is not written to a public blockchain. This mode adds about 0.1 percent to the rate, requires the exact amount and is not offered for swaps from Monero, which is confidential by design.
The exchange spells out the limit of this mode on the order form and in its FAQ: it is not full anonymity. The amounts and the timing of the incoming and outgoing transactions stay observable and can still be correlated.
“Privacy claims are easy to inflate,” the spokesperson said. “We would rather say exactly what the confidential mode does, say where it stops, and leave the decision to the customer.”

When a swap does not go to plan
LowEX publishes in advance how it handles the cases that usually end in a support ticket.
- The swap cannot go through. The deposit is sent back automatically to the refund address given when the order was created, minus the network fee. Without a refund address, support processes the refund by order ID, which takes longer.
- The customer sent too little. Payments to the same deposit address add up, and the swap starts once the full amount has arrived.
- The deposit arrived after the order expired. A late payment is normally detected automatically and is then exchanged or refunded.
- The order is large. Manual approval may be required, and in that case the deposit address is issued only after approval, so the customer does not send funds into a pending review.
-
The deposit went over the wrong network. It does not reach the swap. Recovery is manual and is not always possible.

“An instant exchange is judged at the moment something goes wrong,” the spokesperson added. “That is why these rules are public, and why the customer sees the worst case before sending anything.”
The terms of use prohibit using the service for illegal activity and require that funds be of lawful origin. An order that the service declines to execute is refunded.
Timing, languages and access
Most swaps complete within a few minutes after the source network confirms the deposit. Large orders and Monero routes can take longer. The interface is available in ten languages, among them English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Chinese. LowEX also runs a Tor mirror that works without JavaScript. Its address is listed on the main site.
The steps of a swap and answers to common questions are collected on the How it works page. The LowEX blog covers the same ground in reference articles, among them How to Swap Crypto: A Step-by-Step Guide and Crypto Exchange Without KYC: Why ID Is Required.
